Returns - 45 Day Policy
We appreciate your understanding of the policies outlined below and are here for you if you have any questions or concerns regarding these policies before your order is placed.
- Returns for items purchased on www.purfect.com may be accepted for returns or exchanges within 45 days of receiving your product.
- Returns will not be granted for empty product bottles or products that are received less than half full.
- Lip gloss and bar soaps can only be returned if the product is unused, haven’t been opened and in original condition & packaging.
- Returns that are sent back that do not comply with the above policies will be communicated to the customer and returned to them if they wish at their expense, otherwise they will be discarded.
- Purfect is not responsible for return shipments that have not reached us and do not have tracking. Once your return has been received, we will refund your order for the cost of the products and applicable taxes.
- Gift receivers wishing to return their products will be granted online credit and should contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance prior to making a return.
If your product(s) meets these requirements and you would like to request a return:
- Please go to Shipping & Returns, fill out the form to let us know the issue.
- After you have contacted us we will send you a return form slip so you can return your item(s) & completed Return Form.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and your refund is being processed.
